Stamp Size:
Diameter 5.5 cm - 2 1/5 inch
Height 4 cm - 1 1/2 inches

Before using for cookies, brush it with vegetable oil.

Wash with a brush first under tap water, then if needed with water, soap.

Do not wash in a dishwasher and try to avoid prolonged contact with water.

Keep away from direct sunlight. Once Used These Are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable.

Shortbread Cookies

1 egg
100-150g powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
20 g butter
400-500g semolina flour
cinnamon, cocoa or other spice

Method of preparation:

Mix egg with powdered sugar then add butter (slightly hard) and a pinch of olive oil
After mixing, add sifted flour and spice (cinnamon or other spice)

Knead or mix until combined

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then sprinkle the dough and cookie stamp with flour to prevent sticking
press the stamp then cut with a cutter into the shape desired

chill for 30 minutes
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees on the top shelf
bor 7-8 minutes or until lightly browned
