This album of the Ars Nova group directed by Jacek Urbaniak contains original old Polish pieces depicting the rich life of the epoch.  And thus, in these small miniature compositions we can hear the turmoil of historical battles, citylife noises, merrymaking of wedding parties, and almost see a majestic ceremony of coronation or those clad in black for a funeral procession.
