One of Poland's best chamber choir performs 19 carols in cappella and vocal-instrumental arrangements. Eleven of them are Polish, the remaining represent various nations. All have traditional melodies and lyrics. Among the Polish carols, seven (1,2,8,11,13,14,18) are premiere recordings in the vocal-instrumental version. The other three (4,5,7) are recorded for the first time. As for the foreign carols, all are premiere recordings. Four of them i.e. the Welch (15), French (10), Spanish (6) and English (19), have not even been performed in concert (they were written in the summer of 1999).
