8 tsp butter or margarine
8 tsp Sugar
1/3 cup Cake flour
8 tsp Potato flour
1 Egg
½ tsp baking powder
½ vanilla
1 tsp rum or rum oil
pinch of salt
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, salt, and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder and rum. Add batter to greased lamb mold and bake at 355 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
