Description

Jewish cuisine is diverse, full of interesting flavors, aromas and unusual combinations. It has unquestionably been influenced by the dispersion of the Jewish communities across the world and adopting local dietary customs. Over 1000 years of common history made our cuisine full of Jewish dishes, such as latkes (potato pancakes), holiszkes (cabbage rolls) and kreplach (dumplings).
The recipes in the cookbook were created by Eugenia Blicharz, a co-founder of the Besamim Restaurant in Warsaw, Poland. Included are starters, soups, main courses and desserts. Text is in English and Polish.
