Anyone with a clue about the two frogs and two children (I think they look like Bolek i Lolek) please let me know! Joan

Bolek and Lolek are two Polish cartoon characters from the children's TV animated comedy series by the same title. They were partially created by Alfred Ledwig before being developed by Władysław Nehrebecki and Leszek Lorek. Wikipedia

Thanks to Regina Bury, and Carla Tomaszewski here is 'the rest of the story'

Kamienica Pod Żabami

The house under the frogs is one of the most famous tenement houses in the city. Established in 1903, according to the design of the Belarusian architect Emanuel Rosta Jr. On the first floor live Bolek and Lolek and only a small Fiat is missing - maybe it was parked from the yard?

The frogs have become a beloved symbol of the town, and there has been a public dispute about their preservation and actually being made an official symbol or mascot of the town, just as the little dwarf statues are in Wroclaw.
