Originated in the fall of 1999, The Twin Cities Soundz are a Polish style polka band. They play a variety of material ranging from polkas, waltzes, obereks, variety, and polka masses.

The Twin Cities Soundz are proud to present our second recording "Time to Change". This CD features five originals, three re-makes, two traditional tunes, and one 32 minute docu-medley which is a one of a kind.  The Docu-Medley captures a sampling of the influential women who have made contributions to the polka music field throughout the years.  Over 60 minutes of music!!
