This CD is an electronic PDF version of the printed book published by the Polish Genealogical Society of America in 1990 using original colored maps, and with the addition of ten maps and the Polish and Lithuanian language index anglicized.  Maps are clearly enlargeable to 400%.  The maps and index identify approximately 6,500 parishes and branch churches of the Latin rite in Poland before the first partition in 1772. It also encompasses Silesia, Moldavia and the Duchy of Courland.  Published 2010.
