A legend from the Polish region of Kurpie has it that amber is human tears from the times of the forty-day rain.  A gift of Amber is even more special. It is a gift of sunlight, life, and love.  These pure amber rosary beads are larger than average, and measure approximately 5/16" (0.8cm) each.
