Enjoy these sugar coated gingerbread cakes. The Confectionery Company "Kopernik" SA was founded in 1751 and it is the oldest producer of gingerbread in Poland, and one of the oldest in Europe. Gingerbread has been produced in Torun since the thirteenth century. Modern technology of gingerbread production is based on old receipts and methods, which tradition reaches back straight to the experience of baking masters of the sixteenth century. "Kopernik" produces gingerbread plain, covered with sugar icing, and with chocolate. The lore of generations of bakers and skills of contemporary masters used by the Confectionary Company "Kopernik" SA justify the pride of "Kopernik" and, what is most important, the appreciation of gourmets around the world, because: "GINGERBREAD FROM TORUN IS THE ONLY GENUINE ONE"
