Made in Zakopane this two part mold is still in use in the villages and farms of southern Poland. Since this is the old fashioned method it takes a little more skill to use than the plastic form. One of our customers sent us some foofproof instructions. Here they are:
1. Wash the insides before use and dry thoroughly.
2. Spray the insides with a light coating of Pam Spray (He recommends the butter flavor). Brush out any excess Pam.
3. Place mold in freezer for no more than 2 hours.
4. Fill mold with room temperature butter and squeeze in well.
5. Place filled mold back in freezer for 4-5 hours.
6. Remove from freezer and apply a hot iron to one side of mold for 20 seconds.
7. Open mold and pop out your Easter lamb.
8. Enjoy!
