Keeps my traditional-Ukrainian mother happy |

I have used the traditional wire-wound kistky for decorating pysanky my entire life, and I have just accepted the occasional "oops" when they dump their entire load of wax where I didn't want it to go.
I was entertaining the idea of "updating" the tradition by using an electric kistka, and my very traditional-Ukrainian mother almost passed out by the mere mention of it. I decided to compromise (at least for the pysanka that I decorate for her :) , and bought the "Almost Electric" kistky set.
It was my best purchase ever. The tips retain a lot of heat, allowing me to circle an entire egg without having to go back to the candle. They allow me to concentrate on getting my design done, rather than having to worry about kistka "maintenance."
My electric kistka still sits in it's original box, unopened. I am very impressed with the "Almost Electric" kistky.
