| Reprint of an original printed in Lwow in 1908. Galicia was part of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire in 1908 and encompassed parts of present day Poland and the Ukraine. This map shows the borders between Prussia, Russia and Austria. Highly detailed with names of many small towns and villages all in Polish making this a good tool for genealogical research. Many Poles who emigrated in this time period listed Galicia their home region. Nicely colored and suitable for framing. Map authors - H. Altenberg, G. Seyfarth and E.
